Annual Outreach

Scholarships are funded by WCN for women in transition attending the St. Louis Community Colleges. The Scholarship Chair works closely with STLCC to identify those candidates who will most benefit from monetary awards based on criteria established by WCN. Funds for the scholarships come from the annual scholarship appeal to the membership and from tribute and memorial donations. As many as nine students benefit from tuition assistance each year.

Dedicated to providing St. Louis area women with opportunities for enrichment, empowerment, and growth in an atmosphere of positivity, humor, and activity.

WCN Membership

If you are a St. Louis area woman drawn to the beliefs of WCN we invite you to join us. WCN is a membership organization with an annual membership dues of $100.00.

WCN Tributes & Memorials

Donations to WCN are welcomed as memorials and as birthday, anniversary, or special occasion tributes. Donations can be designated for the general fund or to specific funds such as Scholarship or Outreach and are tax deductible. Checks made payable to Women’s Connection Network should be mailed to:

WCN is a qualified 501(c) not-for-profit corporation. Donations to WCN are tax deductible.

WCN Governance

The Women’s Connection Network is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation with educational and charitable programs and no religious or political affiliations. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors elected from women nominated by the Nominating Committee. Directors serve one or two years. Board officers include Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. Chairs and Vice-Chairs also serve as Directors.
